Rosie Cornelius, owner and baker, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the age of 21. She never saw the diagnoses as a hindrance; in fact, she viewed it as an opportunity to educate herself about healthy living and alternative foods. The experience spawned a passion for a whole food, plant based lifestyle. The health benefits and inclusive nature of a gluten-free , vegan diet inspired Rosie to educate and encourage others.

Rosie entered the food industry at age 12, her mom, a chef, owned a small catering company. Her and her sister would help plate food and serve guests. Rosie learned the value of serving others while gaining a passion for food. The food industry continued to draw Rosie in as she worked her way from dishwasher to Head Cook of a reputable catering company.

Although Rosie worked continually in the food industry she received a degree in fine arts. Her art background marries well with her love for baking as it requires creativity and attention to detail. She is thrilled to offer her customers one-of-a-kind cakes that are artistic and allergy friendly. Rosie's eclectic background has allowed her to create delectable, wholesome baked goods that are enjoyed by everyone.
